Huushuur
Today I made Huushuur. The favorite food of most Mongolians I know. It's basically a fried meat "pie." Yummy stuff. I also made some of the salads we were used to eating over there. Made me miss all my dear Mongolian friends aimaar much!

Oo, looks yummy! Melissa and my cousin and I enjoyed memories of my Yiayia's cooking at Greekfest over Labor Day weekend. It's amazing how much food can bring back memories

Can you believe it? I am posting on xanga! (facebook is not working on my computer). Janny says thank you, she found a older lady to drive her.
How far does Sarah Hooley live from here? Do you think she would want to come? that would be cool if she did. Make it a bigger and better reunion than last year.
Maybe we can go see the River walk/front and some of the other sites of the city.
